Lose 15lbs In 7 Days: No Diet, No Exercise, Guaranteed!
Ladies and gentleman, summer is around the corner and although the ideal would be to feel comfortable in our own skin I’ll give you a magic recipe to lose a few pounds here and there.
The good thing about this it’s that it work faster than liposuction, it’s painless*, low-cost and no dieting involved.

Ok, let’s get started, all you need is:
- 2 free-range egg yolks
- 1 free-range egg
- 1 tbsp French mustard
- ½ lemon, juice only
- ½ tsp caster sugar
- 400ml/14¼fl oz vegetable oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Now all you gotta do is:
- Blend all the ingredients except the oil in a food processor for 10-15 seconds, or until well combined. While the motor is running, pour the oil into the food processor very slowly until the well combined and the mixture is thick and glossy.
- Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Now here’s the tricky part, you need to leave the Mayo sitting out for at least 5 hours, if you do it overnight it’s even better. All you gotta do now is to get some white bread, ham, lettuce and tomato, prepare yourself a sandwich, sit tight and wait for Mrs. Salmonella to kick in. In 5 to 7 days you would have lost 15lbs or more.
I didn’t say it a healthy way, I didn’t say it was a good way, I said it was a quick and effective way of losing waight, it’s up to the final user to judge if this is the right method for them.
